Short Description

The Korgialenios Library is the Public Library of Argostoli. It was founded in 1924 by bequathment of Marinos Korgialenios, and in 1926 it was merged with the existing Public Library of Kefalonia (est. 1887). Today it contains a lending library as well as various book and archival collections, including manuscripts and early printed books.
